CooperVision will stop producing Frequency 38 in December 2009. Consequently, these lenses will not be available as of January 1, 2010.
According to CooperVision, Frequency 38 will be replaced by Biomedics 55 Evolution. No re-fit needed if you are using Frequency 38 today.
