The filling Spring Force Polymer wraps around the hair fibers, stabilizing them and helping to create a voluminous look during blow-drying (Spring Force Blend).
Cotton is a soft but strong fiber that has the stability and softness needed to give fine hair volume.
Usage
1. Spray on towel-dried lengths and ends
