OPI Infinite Shine Base Coat is included in OPI's 3-step system for long-lasting nail polish. OPI Infinite Shine is a hybrid between nail polish and gel, it is applied like regular nail polish but provides the shine of a gel. You don't need a LED lamp, and it can be easily removed with a remover.
Step 1 - Basecoat: a primer that protects your natural nail from discoloration and provides a good base for the color to adhere to. Step 2 - Infinite Shine nail polish: apply two thin coats for a nice and even coverage. Step 3 - Top Coat: for a high-gloss finish and long-lasting surface.
