The product was originally developed for people with extremely sensitive, post-operative eyes. Blinc Mascara is a completely unique mascara that forms water-resistant small 'tubes' around the eyelashes. Despite rain, rubbing, and tears, Blinc mascara stays put without ever smudging or running. The unique formula is completely oil-free and very gentle on the eyes. You won't have to deal with irritated eyes or color on the delicate surface under the eye.
'Water as a remover'
Another unique feature of Blinc is its ingenious and gentle removal! With a combination of water and light finger pressure, the small tubes slide off the lashes gently without leaving any residue behind for the next day. You will even see the small tubes in your hand after they have slid off the lashes. Quickly and gently, your eyes will be completely clean with just plain water - no remover, no rubbing!
Usage
For best results, apply Blinc Mascara to clean, dry lashes. The mascara dries within two minutes, and additional coats should not be applied thereafter.
By combining lukewarm water and gentle pressure on the lashes, all mascara is removed without leaving any residue. You will even see the small tubes in your hand after they slide off the lashes. After removal, your eyes are completely clean, and this is achieved without the use of soap or removers.
