Start by washing your face and making sure your nose is damp (the strip won't stick otherwise). Dry your hands and peel off the plastic from the strip, then apply it to your nose with the shiny side against the skin. Smooth out the strip. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before gently and slowly removing the strip. Start from the sides and continue towards the center. If you have difficulty removing it, moisten it with a little water and then remove it.
