Dreaming was launched in 2008 and created by perfumist Stephen Nilsen. It is a fruity fragrance with floral subtones and the inspiration behind it is the luxurious feeling of slipping into a daydream. The first Tommy Girl perfume was developed for a young girl who wanted to show her independence and Dreaming is a development of that, for the grown woman the young girl has become.
