Arpège from Lanvin was launched in 1927 and is a timeless fragrance with luxurious flowers. It was created by André Fraysse on behalf of Jeanne Lanvin who wanted to give her daughter Marie-Blanche the ultimate present for her 30th birthday, her own fragrance. The mother chose the most luxurious essences to create an eternal fragrance. The daughter was a musician so the name was Arpège after ”arpeggio”. In 1990 the fragrance was updated and newly launched, but it still holds the sam high standard.Top notes: bergamot, aldehydes, neroli and peachMiddle notes: roses, jasmine, ylang ylang and lily of the valley Base notes: vanilla, patchouli, sandalwood and vetiver
